EXECUTIVE CHEF TED BROTHERS was born in Massachusetts. A US Army veteran and culinary graduate from Boston, Ted's career in food and hospitality began in the luxury resort and private club industry throughout the US, including the award winning Palm Beach International Equestrian Center where he was Executive Chef. His desire to return back to his Eastern roots led him to several resorts in New England, where he served as Executive Chef and consultant until opening his namesake restaurant here in Manchester. Ted | Manchester Vermont brings together the chef's 27 years of experience and passion for creating exquisitely prepared American and European culinary classics in a gracious, elegant setting.
