THE RESTAURANT The site that is now Ted | Manchester Vermont was originally a dairy farm dating back to the early 1700's. Its is known to once have been a station and safe haven along the Underground Railroad. The wine cellar was the hiding place for many travelers seeking freedom. The building's solid marble foundation places it as a significant site along the historic marble trail. Surrounded by the scenic Green Mountains, our historic home has been a respite for Vermont travelers and locals for centuries.
The intimate 60-seat restaurant is adjacent to the INN at Willow Pond, a popular historic inn and special event destination. The tradition of welcoming guests to the restaurant at 73 Willow Pond Road continues today at Ted | Manchester Vermont.
